Dukat BH – Flavors of Herzegovina

For the fifth year in a row CA “Gastronomy” organizes an international competition of chefs and gastronomy festival BiH Dukat. After four very successful festival in Sarajevo, this year “5. International gastronomy festival Dukat BH – Flavors of Herzegovina “was held at the Hotel Park in Široki Brijeg, 24 and 25.11.

At this year’s competition applied over 120 top chefs from seven countries: Slovenia, Croatian, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania and the host country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In two days they show their skills in confectionery (artistes and cake), prepare national dishes in a modern way, and prepare fish dishes and restaurant desserts, and the best in both categories in the final they fought for the title of overall winner BiH Dukat.

In the event was attended by SKMER team composed: Marija Lulić, Goran Staničić, Zoran Krsteski (jury members) and competitors Dragica Marčić, Adriatic Grančić, Joseph Vrsalović, Josip Saric, Kruno Kovačić, Luka Radic, Marija Vickova, Paula Ujevic and Jean Maric. The team has won a total of 11 medals – 2 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals:
Jadran Grančić – gold medal national dish and silver medal fish dishes and the restaurant dessert
Josip Vrsalović – bronze medal national dish and silver medal fish dishes and the restaurant dessert
Zana Maric – gold medal national dish
Kruno Kovacic – silver medal national dish
Luke Radic – silver medal national dish
Marija Vickov – silver medal category cake
Josip Šarić – bronze medal national dish
Dragica Marčić – bronze medal fish dishes and the restaurant dessert and diplomas national dish
Paula Ujevic – bronze medal national dish
