Cooking School A la Chef
EDUCATION DATE: 23.10. - 03.11.2023., 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Through 70 hours with us, you will learn how to choose the best foods, develop dishes and menus, make the loaves and pasta, prepare the most delicious risottos, and learn techniques how to prepare fish, seafood, meat, fruits, vegetables and desserts.
The entire program is designed to enhance existing kitchen fans and gain new culinary knowledge and all future days of their lives enriched small – great mysteries of the kitchen, you might decide to just cook what you want and professionally.
Training is organized in groups of 12 people and includes equipment, accessories and supplies.
Material costs for training per person is 950 EUR (7.157,78 HRK)and includes all of the above.

From Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:00

The price of the education includes detailed recipes and instructions, equipment, food, work materials and a certificate.
Cooking School Chef@Home
EDUCATION DATE: January 17 - April 25, 2023, 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Using equipment and tools that you can find in your own home and groceries that you can find in your environment, over three months, we will try to transfer your professional knowledge and skills, so that you can entertain your friends, partners and family with good food. We will teach you how to properly use professional cooking techniques in basic, but with the time of our socializing and cooking in the Academy, and more complex dishes.
How to choose the right dishes for certain dishes? How to choose good and affordable foods, how to store them and finally how to make the best use of them?
You will learn all this, along with a bunch of cooking tips, from our colleagues, in a fun and cheerful environment. And you will surely meet new friends, and later share your recipes and cooking experiences!

Dates: Tuesday afternoons for a period of 3 months, from 16:00 to 21:00
