A cycle of one-day dessert preparation courses is in front of you. Sweet courses will be held on Wednesdays from 5 to 9 p.m., and they will be led by the excellent pastry chef Ivana Bradarić (Brasserie on 7, Split), who has proven herself as an excellent lecturer at a series of workshops last year at ŠKMER Academy.
Ivana Bradarić has been the pastry chef of the Brasserie on 7 restaurant on Split’s Riva for many years, and she came to the world of confectionary from pharmacy, so her confections, in addition to combining modern with elements of tradition, also have apothecary’s precision, which is reflected in layered flavors and exceptional aesthetics. The appearance, taste and originality of the cake are equally important to her, and she believes that a real dessert along with the top dishes of the chefs completely complete the story of the restaurant, which the guest remembers and brings back to the table. At the ŠKMER Academy, she leads the Pastry Chef/Pastry Academy, and her goal is to convey to the participants how to achieve optimal efficiency when making desserts in the business aspect of restaurants.

February 1, 2023 – PATE CHOUX
Production of famous French desserts, princess donuts, eclairs and Paris elms, filled with pastry cream and praline.

March 29, 2023 – SWEET DOUGH CAKE
Making sweet puff pastry filled with two flavors: chocolate babka and cinnamon rolls.
Price: 60 EUR (452,07 HRK)

May 3, 2023 – CANOLI
Making Italian crispy tubular sweets filled with refreshing ricotta cheese cream.
Price: 60 EUR (452,07 HRK)

Duration: 1 day, 4 hours, every Wednesday from 17:00 to 21:00.

Training venue: ŠKMER Kuharska Academy, Jobova 2, Split

LJUBITELJI SLASTICA members are entitled to 2 one-day courses of their choice and a member discount of 20% on all subsequent courses they choose. The annual membership fee is 100 EUR (753,45 HRK) per person.

*Course price includes: cooking with professional and award-winning chefs at the Culinary Academy, food, drinks, all necessary equipment, recipes and all consumption (of all dishes at the end of the workshop :))

Mandatory reservations. Any changes to the schedule will be announced in due course.

Canceling a course reservation:
If the registered participant does not come or does not cancel his arrival at least 2 days before the workshop, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Also, in the event of an insufficient number of applications, we reserve the right to change the schedule, and participants will be notified of this in advance. The participant will be able to choose whether to use the purchased workshop for another workshop or whether the total amount paid will be returned.
