Gastronomy Heritage of Hong Kong

Split restaurant KulIN hosted chefs Leung Kin Sum and Chan Chun Hung, lecturers from Chinese Cuisine Training Institute who made a presentation of Hong Kong’s culinary heritage.

Chinese Cuisine Training Institute has a long tradition, and educated many generations of cooks and chefs. Although their main mission is to preserve traditional heritage of Chinese cuisine, they also share their knowledge on lectures around the world.

During workshops they had from 27 to 29 January, with ACMER’s members among participants, Leung and Chan presented different dishes of the Far East.
