From December 2 to 4, the festival brought together the competition categories of the 15th Pearl of the Sea and the 6th Grand Gourmet, and was held as part of the Advent program in Split. It started with a competition of teams of waiters and chefs on Wednesday morning at the Cornaro Hotel and the ŠKMER Culinary Academy.
